Call for Submissions - Student Film Festival London

Are you a budding filmmaker?
Do you want to get your work seen by the likes of Simon Pegg, Kevin Loader and Dave Calhoun?
Student Film Festival (SFF) is a platform for young filmmakers to showcase their work and to meet established industry professionals. Founded by enterprising young people for young people, Student Film Festival aims to support aspiring filmmakers, set designers, actors – cast and crew alike - to bring their colours to the future of cinema. SFFLondon 2012 will run for three days from the 3rd to the 5th February 2012, and will be held across the University of the Arts, London (UAL).
The festival will screen feature film nominees and a selection of shorts representing the best student work from both British and world cinema and will be judged by industry experts.
There are ten categories: Short Film, Fiction Film (over 45 min), Animation, Documentary Short, Documentary Feature (over 45 min), Music Video, Best 16mm, Best Orginal Slick Flick and Best Adapted Slick Flick
Judges in these categories include:
Fiction Features: Dave Calhoun, Jabez Olssen and Simon Pegg
Fiction Shorts: Kevin Loader, Jonathan Morris, David Morrissey and Tim Robey
Documentary Features: Dominic Allan, Marc Isaacs and Gary Tarn
Animation: Nick Bradshaw, Barry Purves, Simon Quinn and Alexander Williams
Documentary Shorts: Lucy Bailey, Gavin Humphries and Andrew Thompson
Music Video: AlexandLiane, Otis Bell, Trudy Bellinger and John Hardwick
Best 16MM: FujiFilm
Film should be submitted to the festival by the 30th of November for the chance to win an award. More details can be found at the website.
