Director LUC BESSON (Leon, The Fifth Element) transports us to early 20th-century Paris in his latest big-screen outing, ADELE BLANC-SEC.

Adapted by Besson from the comic books of Jacques Tardi, the film follows a young novelist on her fantastic adventures with newly-hatched pterodactyls and recently resurrected mummies.

Hear Besson chat to film journalist Jan Gilbert (www.jangilbert.co.uk) about falling in love with Adele Blanc-Sec, why Adele’s the grandmother of Lara Croft, and why Louise Bourgoin was the perfect choice for the lead role.
