Lisbon call for documentarians
(11/08/06) EDN and AporDoc are inviting submissions and proposals for papers for the 8th edition of Lisbon Docs, a documentary conference that includes a pitching workshop for Portuguese, Western and Eastern European documentary filmmakers and producers who want to take part in an intense creative dialogue. According to the organizers, “Lisbon Docs is not only about pitching. It is also a space for the participants to meet with internationally known directors and producers and a unique chance for filmmakers to form alliances for the future.”
Lisbon Docs is part of DocLisboa International Documentary Film Festival that is now entering its 4th year with a selection of international documentary productions. The event also includes master classes and a public pitching session. The deadline is 01 September.
